It wasn't as spectacular as I tought it would be. I had been fantasizing since last year with a big dress up party (because of the proximity to Halloween) with many guests and so and so. I just worry that if things continue like this I might not be able to pay for my introductory course to Region 4 and so that we wont be able to move to Texas. I just hope that doesn't happen. LOL Anyway, today also was <strong>"Write to Marry"</strong> day at <a href="http://www.mombian.com/2008/10/29/write-to-marry-day-contributed-posts/">MOMBIAN</a> and I was hoping to get inspired on something to write about it. But it doesn't seem like my opinion is gonna have a very political influence in the matter right now. Since I'm here in Monterrey and this being a very recent blog. But if there is somebody, anybody who happens to read it: Please <a href="http://www.noonprop8.com/">vote No on 8</a> or on any other of those props that are against same sex marriage/unions. Also if you can, <a href="http://www.noonprop8.com/">donate</a>. It doesn't matter if it is not your state or even your country, at the end it all turns around nd finds its way to get back to us.</div><br /><br /><div align="justify">I just hope that we could get married here, as in Spain. I just wish that everywhere in the world we could get our civil rights respected. I just dream with a place I live in that has all the freedoms guaranteed for my family. Is it so bad to marry someone I love? Is it so bad that we have two awesome babies that love us and who we love? Is it to bad that we want to protect them by legalizing our union the same way our parents did to protect us, by marriage?</div><br /><br /><div align="justify">Hmmmm, there are so many things I need to think about this issue. Sometimes it seems like the extreme right and the extreme left meet their ends in the same point: they both think LGBT people shouldn't get married. Well, to be fair extreme left thinks nobody should be married at all. Oh well, I digress...</div><br /><br /><div align="justify">I'll go to sleep now. I'm so old now I can't think anymore! My name is Ana. My partner's name is Crix. We have twin two year old boys. We've been blogging for over two years now, but in Sapnish, and now I've come to realize that I want to share with more families like us. We live in Monterrey, Mexico, but we plan to move to Houston, Texas in about two to eight months.
